Old School Electric is a proudly British, industrial-inspired lighting brand. Established in 2013, the business needed a tailor-made digital home. A website that is truly fit for purpose, designed with both the business and customers in mind, and built in a manner that is efficient and effective.

Old School Electric is a proudly British, industrial-inspired lighting brand. Established in 2013, the business needed a tailor-made digital home. A website that is truly fit for purpose, designed with both the business and customers in mind, and built in a manner that is efficient and effective.  

 

Our Approach


Starting from scratch, we invested time in exploring, defining, and stress-testing the client’s branding. Multiple iterations of the web interface were meticulously designed, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience. With the client’s approval, we applied the branding and transitioned to Shopify – our chosen no-code tool for this project. We invested substantial time here, setting up, designing, implementing, and configuring inventory, promotions, discounts, and tools for mailing list growth.

Precision was key; we took the time needed to get everything right from the foundation, ensuring a seamless transition for the client to take over product management upon project completion. Additionally, we supported the client’s marketing efforts by creating multiple creative assets aligned with established branding and crafted a roadmap for future builds.
