Rianna Manji

Rianna has a particular interest in CX and Financial services. She began her career in the Digital CX team at Barclays working on proposition building & client journey mapping, and joined Manifesto in order to apply this experience across a variety of sectors, and make an impact. Since, Rianna has has a particular focus on deriving customer insight through quantitative and qualitative methods, and conducting detailed capability analysis. Outside of the office Rianna can be found making jewellery, hiking, or at a bottomless brunch!
