Sarah Neely

Sarah leads our CX and Loyalty practice and has a track record of delivering growth for some of the biggest brands and fastest growing digital businesses in the UK. Ex-Google and an alumni of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, Sarah has led major projects for a wide range of clients including Wagamama, Arsenal FC and British Cycling. Outside of the office, Sarah has a millinery business side hustle and can usually be found sporting one of her creations in a field at Glastonbury.
