The challenge
TransferGo is a well established cross-border payments company and approached Manifesto with a specific challenge. They had identified a market opportunity and wanted to build and test a neo-bank proposition for migrants in Eastern Europe. They asked Manifesto to define the detailed proposition and MVP features and functionality.

They had identified a market opportunity and wanted to build and test a neo-bank proposition for migrants in Eastern Europe. They asked Manifesto to define the detailed proposition and MVP features and functionality.
Working as part of a remote-first project team, we undertook rapid discovery and design iteration to identify the key processes, flows and experiences required to build and deliver a successful MVP.
In the space of a month, we had mapped out the key user flows and designed all of the key screens needed to build out the MVP app. Working iteratively we defined the MVP UX including app structure and detailed wireframes, along with providing illustrative UI design.
